Performance-Based Compensation

Our Training Team
Your New Team
We have a young, competent, and dynamic team for both of our apprenticeship programs—industrial and commercial. Daniel Hofmann and Romina Doster will guide you as an apprentice on your journey to becoming a skilled worker in your field. They will train you according to the curriculum and serve as your points of contact.

Employment Test
If your application impresses us, we'll invite you to take a recruitment test. It will take place at our office and will include questions about the career path you've chosen. Don't worry—we don't just focus on the recruitment test; we also consider your overall impression.
Job Interview
Have we piqued your interest? If so, we’d love to get to know you in person. That’s why we’d like to invite you to an interview. This will give us a chance to get to know each other at our own pace, ask each other questions, and discuss everything related to the apprenticeship program at RINGHOFFER. During this interview, we’ll also discuss whether you’d like to come in for a trial day so you can get a first-hand look at our company.
