    Hans Ringhoffer Sr. laid the foundation for our company as it exists today. Initially, the company’s activities focused primarily on gear manufacturing.

    The company is increasingly focusing on the manufacture and distribution of transmission parts.

  • Hans Ringhoffer Jr. Joins the Company

    Hans Ringhoffer Jr. takes an active role in the company. At that time, the company had 27 employees.

    Expanding into export markets in neighboring European countries is driving further growth.

    Establishment of the subsidiary—RINGHOFFER Präzisionstechnik GmbH, located at Erscheckweg 13-15. At our Plant 3, approximately 20 employees also manufacture precision turned and milled parts.

    Introduction of ice storage technology for climate-friendly heating and cooling of Plant 3.

    Nina Ringhoffer joins the company as the third generation to do so. She is responsible for corporate communications and marketing.

    The former subsidiary RINGHOFFER Präzisionstechnik GmbH will be merged with RINGHOFFER Verzahnungstechnik GmbH & Co KG.

    Third Generation Takes Over

    Mr. Ringhoffer handed over day-to-day operations to the third generation.
    C. Jaissle was appointed as Technical Director. M. Klappenecker took over commercial management from Ms. Petra Ringhoffer. Nina Ringhoffer (authorized signatory) rounds out the executive team.
