Here's How Your Apprenticeship Will Work With Us – Dual Apprenticeship

We’ll train you so that you can learn about and understand all of our company’s warehouse and shipping processes. You’ll be an integral part of the shipping and warehouse team and will learn about logistics and business processes as part of your training program. In addition, you’ll gain insight into our business departments—such as purchasing, sales, and quality assurance—so that you can understand the upstream and downstream aspects of shipping. After completing your apprenticeship and gaining your first professional experience, you’ll be able to handle all shipping-related tasks independently and act as a substitute for the department head. Vocational school classes are held part-time, 1½ days per week. The apprenticeship to become a warehouse logistics specialist lasts a total of 3 years. The program takes place at our location in Kohlberg.
