Your responsibilities:
- Independent setup and adjustment of conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools
- Programming the parts to be machined independently
- Tool Setup
- Production of individual parts and series production with a range of quantities from 1 to 1,000
- Independent performance of worker self-inspections in accordance with DIN EN ISTO 9001
- Independently carrying out and overseeing the entire processing procedure
- Proper documentation of production times using shop floor data collection (BDE)
- Working in a two-shift system
Prerequisites:
- Successful completion of vocational training as a machinist or an equivalent qualification in a technical field
- Experience in setting up and configuring CNC machines
- Knowledge of SIEMENS, FANUC, and OKUMA controls is a plus
- They work reliably and conscientiously
- Interest in a long-term partnership
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
- Two-shift rotation (early and late shifts alternating weekly)
